Dynamic Group Fitness

Ready for real results, and real fun?

In the 1980's I was mesmerized by Richard Simmons and Jane Fonda's exercise videos. I started taking group fitness classes at local studios and caught the fitness bug which I still have today! I love attending and teaching group fitness classes, the energy in the room is amazing and I feel great for hours afterward!

I believe in continually educating myself on fitness techniques, disciplines, and exercises. I am certified as a group fitness instructor by AFAA, a personal trainer by ACE, and a Barre instructor by SCW Fitness and Barre Above. 

I created combined nutrition and exercise classes because people need both nutrition and exercise to help achieve their weight and health goals. Adding an activity component to a nutrition class helps people take action, rather than just talking about taking action. I teach my combined format at workplaces across Massachusetts.
