I developed the NuTricia’s Healthy Eating Staircase to show how we are all at different steps on the nutrition staircase. And, the staircase never ends … we just keep wanting to move up.

Moving up the nutrition staircase, whether it’s one or several steps, can give you numerous healthy dividends, such as clearer skin, feeling better, and living a longer, more fulfilling life. I used to just talk about a nutrition staircase because it’s a way that I see nutrition in my mind. One of my nutrition coaching clients pointed out that the concept was very helpful, so I created this graphic to put in my book.
